Preparing For Your Couples Massage With Us

First of all, don’t have a row before you get here. (we’re only half joking) It will make you tense, take longer to calm down, and odds are neither of you will get the best out of your massage.

Before you get here, agree on a treatment (see our full list here). You don’t have to pick the same one, especially if either of you has any aches or pains you want to take care of.

But we recommend you do. It’s supposed to be a shared experience, after all.

Try to get here early so you can both relax before we get going. Leave it too close to your appointment time, and we’ll have two clients and therapists running around trying to get ready.

It also allows us to chat. You can let your therapists know of any specific areas you want them to focus on or avoid, any injuries or medical conditions, and any concerns or questions. 

Try not to eat or drink too heavily, and turn off the phone. You’re here to relax and get away from the outside world outside.
